    The Rise of Skywalker(Maybe spoilers)

Saw the last of the story that took forty-two years to tell.
1)It is over 2 hours long
2)it was a good conclusion to the series
3)there is a lot of action
4)some of the surprises are a bot foreshadowed in the original movies
    5) there are Ewoks
    6) you will see C3P0 in whole different light.

No I am not going to give any spoiler but I really enjoyed it, and I think there is some foreshadowing for future movies at the end.

I was just joking. I actually have no desire to see another Star Wars film, Ewoks or no Ewoks.

Which bot? Oooh! I know! Was it the mouse droid that screamed and fled on the Death Star? It's about time they stood (um) up for themselves! Droid wokers, unite!

Foreshadowing? Oh-oh. So the unconvincing heroine turns out to be the sister of the unconvincing villain?

Nice ships throughout the movie--that was my draw.

    Not far off,

I enjoyed the latest film, Then I also enjoyed all of the films even the ones I found not so good. I have always enjoyed "fairy-tale" sci-fi movies, I'm a bit of a sucker for "good versus evil" even if it is rather cheesy.

They are what they are and I like the fact they are never trying to be something other than a fairy tale. I hate those types of films where they attempt to portrait obvious impossibilities as really possible. The James Bond films as example are a classic for this genera, where the hero (just a normal bloke) dodges all the bullets, makes all the jumps and gets battered and beaten yet survives every hit.

At least with films like star wars the whole thing is based on complete fantasy sci-fi. It winds me up when my partner puts on a film/program that is "based on real life" and it is dramatised so much actions/scenes in the show are completely impossible in reality. I want to escape into fantasy not get falsely led into believing in the impossible.

Just my two pence worth, my apologies for fans of James Bond.
