    Quasar Outflow travels at > 10% Speed of Light

    A cluster of astronomers finds the outflow from a quasar emitting broad line spectra indicating an enormous speed, better than 10% the speed of light (~ 38,000 km/sec ). Somethin's cooking in that kitchen! SEE:https://arxiv.org/pdf/2001.07347.pdf

    Can't read paper yet. Is that from the jets of a supermassive black hole like M87?

    Roger. Yep. They peg the BH mass @ 8.6 x 10 (sup)9 (/sup) solar masses
