    Non sequitur in Wiki article about Mira

    Check out this oddly worded sentence about Mira in Wikipedia:
    Since Mira emits the vast majority of its radiation in the infrared, its variability in that band is only about two magnitudes.
    While both phrases are true, the second does not necessarily follow from the first. I think it would have been better to say, "Mira emits the vast majority of its radiation in the infrared, and its variability in that band is only about two magnitudes," and then go on to explain why this is so.

    I agree, and actually Wikipedia is full of bad logic like that, I think because different people do edits, and are not always logical. I fixed it, but didn't add an explanation.
