Password reset failure - or something

Im trying to reset my password but the CQ “forgot my password” process seems to be acting up via the web browser. (I have not logged out of Tapatalk so I can still get in on my phone).

I’m expecting an email with a new temporary password but it hasn’t shown up yet and it’s been about an hour.

Done. Give it a try at your convenience. If the temporary password doesn't work for you, you can reach me through the Contact Us link.

Just a note: The "random question" CQ asks when you have forgotten your password ("MERCURY") always says the answer you input is wrong. Just a heads up there in case someone can fix it.
