    What sculpts the inner edge of the asteroid belt?

    It's not a Kirkwood resonance; presumably Mars has some influence?

    A different kind of resonance, corresponding to the rate of change of Saturn's apsides, called nu(6), transforms asteroids at the inner edge of the belt into Earth-crossers.
