    I'm all for reduced CO2 emissions, but really, other than bragging rights there's no real need for this gizmometer.

    Then we can make it a chip in the head, so that everyone can have their carbon footprint monitored 24/7. Then we can add a glucose monitor and check what people are eating and get rid of fat people too. Then we can add a stress monitor and get rid of angry people too......

    There are better ways to take care of carbon emissions than to make people spy on each other and themselves.
