Sunny great breeze, spent most of the afternoon at an army cadet ceremony because the youngest niece has been in it for a couple of months.

It is June but here in the U.K it feels like October !

It has been windy and mid teens all week and the next few days are going to be rainy as
we are receiving the end of a storm from Spain..

Overcast with a chance of rain later, staying indoors don't feel like being a blood donor today.

High of 107F, or 41⅔C, but only 9% humidity. Not too bad. July will be bad with higher temperatures and higher humidity.

Lots and lots of lovely rain. We have had more in the last week or so - 107 mm (4.2") - than we have had in the previous 5 months of this year - 75 mm (3").

Here too lots of rain. Good for my lawn (I hope it doesn't develop water related issues ) and my new plants. Good for my water bill. The garden is looking very fresh green now.

Plenty of rain here too, the 2nd year in a row when my garden irrigation system is not required, so far. Last year the garden rotted out there. Just now getting past 5 days of semi-rainy weather but more is expected tonite too.

We are expected to see 90F this afternoon. That is NOT normal for this time of year around here.

I heard on the news that it reached 112F here today. It didn't seem like it to me while bicycling home from work.

Sunny with a few clouds, lows around 70 F, highs around 90 F, for the next week. Where? Maui, of course. Mrs. Nowhere and I are finally on our honeymoon.

101F today, 103F yesterday. That’s not too unusual for us, though. It’s expected to drop to about 90 tomorrow, which is a lot nicer. If the delta breeze is working, it keeps the days cooler and the nights can get pretty cool. It stayed warm last night (close to 90 at 10pm). But I didn’t bother running the air conditioning until a few days ago. I was just running a fan at night to bring the cool air in the house.

Overcast with more rain on the way, might put some more stuff in the garden but some of it could use some more time in the cold frame.

The rain has gone and blue skies are back for a few days. It has got a lot colder, last night was the coldest night so far this winter at 2.2 C (36 F). The last couple of days it has only been about 8 C at 09:00 when I go for my daily bicycle ride. Luckily, I don't ride fast enough to get wind chill.

Enjoying coffee on the deck. Clear blue sky, calm winds, 52F, and the faint aroma of smoke from wildfires on the peninsula.

I forgot how cool it is there in the summer. This time of year we can get down to the mid 50s sometimes at night with the Delta breeze, but 52F would be quite low. Cooler days have a high in the upper 80s, but it has been varying between around 90 and low 100s. Today about 92F, tomorrow forecasted 97.

True...but that was this morning before the Sun had come up over my mountain. We got into the low 70s today but now that the Sun is lower (~2 hours to sunset) and were in the shade again, it has dropped to 67F but it feels a little cooler.

Today will be low 80's and low humidity, after that it'll be mid 90's and very humid for the rest of the week.

Breezy and windy. There was some wood that didn't get into the wood shed last fall because there wasn't enough room so have to start putting in the shed.

Major thunderstorm. Just blew a couple of metal deck chairs around. Warning in our area. We might need to head down to the basement if the tornado sirens go off.
