Another hot and muggy day trying to get some stuff done outdoors like mowing the lawn getting a few things planted and getting the tiller fixed.

Forecast is for 109F but humidity only 8%. Not real bad.

The last really hot and muggy day, seeing the clouds roll now for the rain tomorrow, then a bunch of cool days.

Unfortunately, I'm guessing it will be much better here than in Florida!

Kinda similar to Florida here, which is unusual. There is a decent chance of thunderstorms from about 11am Pacific time on into the afternoon, but likely dry (but cloudy) tomorrow. I’d bet on this being the last real rain of the season, fairly surprised at the weather today. At least we’re past the recent 100+ F highs weather, probably won’t get past the mid 70s today, and forecasts say it will move to more typical 80s-90s next week.

Yesterday was a 4 bandanna day, today maybe 3. Bertha left us with humidity which one could slice with a dull knife. An 80'sF/80'sH combo.

Well clearing skies I guess I have to water some plants after all, well after some stew first.

So this guy on TV says, "How long will this heat wave last? Full report at 11:00." But I already know the answer. It's Phoenix, so four months.

Ours is going back up too. We ended up with an anemic thunderstorm Saturday, and expect it to go over a hundred again in a couple days. We get those temperatures sometimes this early in the season, but usually only a day or two

We cooled off, with the Delta breeze coming back. High dropped from 102 to 79F, low to 52F. Going to warm back up this week, but currently forecast to be more typical highs of 80s-90s. lows upper 50s to low 60s.

Other parts of the Northern California dont get the Delta breeze or not as much and have more consistent warmer weather in the summer.

Basically the same as above, but went over Saturday and the tractor was gone, he does have about 200 acres of blueberry fields to look after, might go over again later.

About 34 C out and spent the last couple of hours watching my niece and a few of friends get there diplomas and take a pictures at a park, now time enjoy a sub and the indoors for a bit. One of my nieces friends mother and I graduated at the same time and we both like the smaller groups outdoors rather than a 185 kids and all the parents in the gym.

We had a few days of rainy showers in the 60's here but it was welcome. Sunny today and 78F, gave me a chance to cut the grass. 1.5 inches total of rainfall but more "storms" are expected for the next 2 days, and again next week with the 90's back in town.

I spent a while watering all our new plants and garden yesterday, so naturally it's raining today.

I'll do my best BA! All total this past week we got 3 inches of rain, it looks like it's slowly moving away and heading north so you may get some of it up there. Was picking blueberries this morning and the humidity was rolling off of me like I was a duck. More stormy weather predicted today and 3-4 more days to come. No more watering needed here for a while.

  25. #7225
We got a heavy mist last night no storm, about 10C cooler.

43C, but only 6% humidity. July humidity is always higher along with monsoon winds knocking down power lines to cut off our air conditioning.

Finally some rain in the forecast, maybe some tonight but more coming over the weekend. Too late to save some of the stuff in that is already in the garden, even taking bucket of water from indoors wasn't enopugh. But still have the tomatoes and few herbs left in the mini green house waiting to be planted maybe saturday.

Finally getting some rain, maybe it will save some of the garden, but time to do some reading and listening to podcasts.
